Ingredients
  1. 120 g buckwheat flour
  2. 50 g flaxseed
  3. 40 g (0.5 dl) sunflower seeds
  4. 300 ml boiling water
  5. a pinch of salt
  6. 1 tsp bread spice
  7. 3 tbs olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven at 150 C (320 F)
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Add the boiling water and mix to obtain an even dough
  4. Let the dough swell for some minutes
  5. Cover an oven tray with a cookie sheet
  6. Using a spatula, distribute the dough to form a thin layer of 3-4 mm
  7. Trace out pieces in the size of you preference using a knife
  8. Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 60 min, until crisp
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool
  10. Break it into pieces and keep in a dry and air-tight container.
