Sherbet

Preparation:

  • Place around 50 ml (you could need up to 75 ml) of non dairy milk in a blender before adding a sliced and frozen organic and fair-trade banana (yes, all that) and 100 gr frozen (or fresh, cold) berries.
  • Depending on the power of your blender you may want to thaw the fruit a bit, or just make sure it does not freeze too much in the first place.
  • Add some powdered cardamom – which works wonders with fruit – and why not a hint of fresh or dry mint. Blend until creamy and fluffy and serve. Top with pistachios or pumpkin seeds .
