Ever since my recent two-month stay in India I have developed a fruit-craze. I am nuts about fruit – preferably frozen!
Starting the day with an early walk in the sunshine and then eating a plate full of finely cut fruit that has been biding its time in the freezer waiting for me – that’s love <3 !
I like some toasted grains and seeds on top of my fruit, for example:
3 tbsp oats, 2 tsp sesame, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, a small pinch of rock-salt and 1/4 tsp cardamom tossed in a pan on medium heat with 1 tsp of canola oil, until golden.
